My daughter went on a field trip and wanted a school bagged lunch. Our previous school district was great with separating lunches for allergies. Yesterday my daughter had PB&J in her lunch. Good job, mom. My son once got pneumonia cuz the Y kept giving him HiC to drink although I told them not to. It’s loaded with corn and he was not old enough to tell them at 2 yo.

RAST is more accurate, but expensive. No matter what the test shows, you still need to listen to your body more.
I have food intolerances. I get very sick with wheat. It feels like I'm going to die. I my skin test showed a giant hive for wheat, but my blood work is neg. I had a positive skin test for dairy, but I can eat it with no problems. I don't understand.
My doctor and others told me not allergic bc none of my "intolerances" show up in my blood work. Won't even consider skin testing. 🤯😕
