I was allergic to more that that. Find your trigger food or item. And don't play with your life. I ended up in the trauma unit at work on a drip three days in a row with anaphylaxis because I touched food at work. I almost died. Don't just take a pill. Your next reaction may be your last one. It was almost mine.

I have a peanut tree nut, coconut, shellfish, sesame, all edible seeds.. it’s hard to avoid those.. I read ingredients on packages over snd over.. especially with personal healthcare items. Because there are derivatives to coconut and treatment ingredients in them… I recommend reading: The Complete Guide to Food Allergies in adults snd children. Scoot H. Sicheter MD

I mostly try to avoid foods that I don't tolerate well, but if I take benadryl I am "higher than a kite." I seem to have several things that trigger opposite reactions than expected. 😄
