Gluten free breads can be made without a bread machine. However, I really liked having a bread machine before I knew I had an issue with gluten. So, I wanted a good gluten free bread machine. I do find it can lessen the work of making bread or pizza even if they're gluten free. Unfortunately, I've been finding it very difficult to locate recipes I like for gluten free breads (with or without a bread machine). I find the homemade variety of gluten free bread is much better than the expensive store bought brands. For me, it still doesn't taste as good as a bread made with wheat. Also, I had a variety of breads I used to be able to make. I've only found 2 recipes that are gluten free that are decent. I would like more variety. It would be nice if I could find more gluten free bread recipes that I think have an acceptable taste.

I just buy a loaf from a dedicated brand. Garlic bread Texas toast with cheese by Katz or Rudi’s and my air fryer no one else can touch.

Bread is easy enough to make if you knead it properly but gluten free bread don't need kneading. It is usually not made with yeast and contains egg as a binding agent. I will not waste my money on a mashine. Use you mixer or egg beater or a wooden spoon.
