Yes, all they have for options is to avoid the allergy or epi-pen yourself in the event of exposure. I wish they would find a Solution, not just a reactive choice.

I'm past that stage and now it's on me- I do think there is a treatment to cure it just learned to live with it

There is the food allergy institute in California that has cured food allergies for many. We’ve been researching if this is a route we want to go. It’s really expensive but seems like it will be worth it

Unfortunately, avoidance is the best solution. At least we now have food labels. When I first discovered I had food allergies, they were not required. At least now you have a fighting chance.

If anyone of you is having a hard time with your food allergies, please ask me to help you create recipes and menus and shopping lists that you can use . We will have to go through all your preferences and lifestyle choices and likes and don't likes but ai will help and I have the time. For the next year I am available 24/7 to help free of charge. I used to be a catering manager in hospitals in South Africa. I worked in private as well as Academic hospitals and have 30 years experience. I am now on temporary disability and have a lot of free time.
