An MSG allergy is absolutely insane. The FDA allows it to be hidden under 75 different names on Food labels! People denying it even exists! I can have a whole host of varying symptoms. It is a neurotoxin. I can get flashing lights in my vision for anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour, foggy thinking, an irregular heartbeat, difficulty speaking, diarrhea, or asthma. My day is always dependent on cleaning and whether I’ve come in contact with it. Everybody says “ eat it.”…. How do you not eat it… read more

Ask me for recipes when you want to make something specific. I will help you. I also avoid msg as far as possible. I went totally organic. Msg is made from fermented soya. The crystals left in the fermentation barrels is ground up to make msg aka E341, aka umami, hydrolyzed anything etc. It is big rubbish used to enhance the size of your tastebuds so food taste more...more salty more Chilli more sweet more spicy etc...some pesticides is also made from msg. I think it's called Auxigrow. And avoid anything made in a factory. Cook everything you eat yourself. It's difficult in the beginning but so worth it.

When you look up the sources, you can either write a note or eventually you will remember which ones contain MSG. Preservatives. Modified food starch. I’m careful with anything that says “hydrolyzed”.

Oh yuck! I can't eat most processed food anymore anyway. I have a yeast allergy so anything fermented is out. That includes honey because it ferments in the hive. Now I can't dairy or corn. Baking is tricky and I haven't thought of a salad dressing yet. i don't like dry, naked salad.
