My son has severe, anaphylactic food allergies. My daughter has no known food allergies. Last night we went out to celebrate her 18th birthday and we tried a new Korean restaurant. She had salmon and a crab rangoon. After eating, her face, hands and ear got hot. Her ear and hands were red. Her face was not as red. She has eaten shellfish and salmon many times before. I know shellfish allergies can develop as you get older. My daughter said her food was not spicy.
