• I use a food allergy alert chef’s card. I got the template from FARE: food allergy research & education via www.foodallergy.org. I filled it in with my allergies, concerns, laminated it and carry it everywhere. It works.
• Just been on a 7-night cruise, had no food issues only back problems, which were sorted by the spa! Restaurant staff were so helpful with my allergies and were helpful in organizing food I could eat safely.
