I have used Avocados as the replacement for cheese on sandwiches, salads, and burgers. Avocados have a similar consistency to a soft cheese.

I like flora dairy free butter and lactose free cheddar , I’m finding more alternatives these days. Miss my latte when I’m out and about, haven’t found a coffee house with dairy free alternative

It’s getter better finding options in uk supermarkets. Love trying new receipes, quinoa is my favourite alternative free from gluten. Going to make blueberry muffins today

I am allergic to cow dairy but not goat dairy. This allows me to choose goat cheese and butter as an option. I'm not a fan of goat milk or yogurt though. I can also consume mare's milk - though it is quite pricey to get it freeze dried. I have nut and grain allergies so cannot do most veg based milks. Not really a fan of coconut milk.

There are a few brands of ice cream my daughter likes... SoCo?SoCal? It's allergy friendly except nuts. She likes Larabars for snack bars. They come in all different flavors. And goats milk or goats cheese. With goats cheese read the ingredients some companies add cow milk. You want a goat milk only product. Alloutte I think is the brand that my daughter gets that is a crumbly cheese. If you have a Meijer store near you they may have different flavor goat cheese options.
