I think that it is part of being a coeliac I also am allergic to all wheat and gluten have you been checked for being a coeliac yet if nothe I would certainly check with your doctor

There are 2 groups I follow. The first is "Corn Allergy & Intolerance (Maize, Zea Mays)" and the other is "Corn Allergy Friendly Group." These people are so helpful and knowledgable.

There is an excellent corn allergy support group on facebook, ful of incredibly helpful information. Corn and corn derivatives are everywhere in food and other products and they go by so many different names. It is quite a tough allergy to manage :-(
