If anyone else has a wheat allergy can you tell me how you have avoided that ingredient since it’s in almost everything?
Thanks!

My daughter was also I learned to read labels. In the 80's I shoped for rice ingredients. Rice bread, rice crackers etc. You can find products online and explain the situation to your store manager and I found that mine were extremely helpful. They have rice noodles and everything.
I hope that this helps a little. If I think of anything else I will let you know.
