How Much Gluten Should I Eat Before Having A Celiac Test???

Several years ago, I was tested for celiac but was not eating any gluten at that time and my test was negative. Now my doctor wants me to redo the test and said I should eat some gluten before testing. Can anyone tell me how much or how long before tests I should start eating gluten??

If you suffer stomach pains when eating gluten you probably will not need an awful lot to show up on tests
