My heart goes out to you. I have been there. What I will do id eat only oats porridge with sugar or honey, cinnamon and sliced banana inside for flavour, chicken grilled with olive oil salt pepper garlic and lemon. Boiled or baked potato in its skin with salt, steamed butternut, or carrot and steamed green beans, or peas, or broccoli or babymarrow fried in olive oil. Do this till the urticaria is gone. Then start to re introduce one item at a time and wait 2 days with the next one. Good luck
