Xanthan Gum Allergy Help?

I avoid xanthan gum because I understand that it comes from a type of plant mold, which I am allergiic to. I use guar gum. You could substitute agar agar, flax seed, chia or pysllium.

I no longer can have any of the "gums". Agar agar works the same. I get it from Azure Standard, but health food stores that have spices and herbs often carry it.
