Are This Allergy Related?
Has anyone had this or know if they really caused by food allergies? We avoid everything my son is allergic to. But the past year has been hectic with multiple admissions intp the hospital due to severe abdominal pains and this is wat they found when the colonoscopy was done. We dont have a definite diagnosis seems more like Crohns but the gastroenterologist thinks its related to his food allergies. Pls see pic below. Thanks

Does Anyone Get Light-headed As A Symptom?
I’ve had itchy mouth, wheezing, instant diarrhea when eating strawberries, although blood testing was negative. Today an apple made me feel light-headed, and “just not right.” My husband thinks it’s just anxiety (maybe it is). Is anyone else affected this way?

Does Anyone Else Have Pain In Their Calves When Ingesting Gluten?
Hi guys! Ive recently started having deep pain in my calves that are not exercise induced that also leaves mythe calves feeling numb. Iv read on other forums and blogs that this could be because I ingest gluten or gluten containing products. I cant seem to find scientific research on this if anyone has some info on this please shout!

Virtigo
I am not sure if virtigo is related to food allergies anyone know? I don't suffer everyday and some days are worse than other days. Some days are so bad that I can't get out of bed. Have to hold onto everything or else I bash into everything and fall all over the place. I am permanently bruised. People ask questions like "are you being abused"
A drop in blood pressure from an allergic reaction can also cause vertigo.
Elimination Diet
Has any body got a food elimination diet. When I was first diagnosed I was put on a diet to eliminate most foods and only eat certain non allergic foods. New food were then added so I could identify my triggers.
I am now at the stage where I have eliminated all the triggers however I think I may have "new triggers" which are causing my asthma to flare.
Looking for a basic diet I can start so I can start the process again. There are just to many tests to go through to try and find the cause… read more
An elimination diet helps to reset your body and when you can include the elimated food one at a time and see if there is a reaction
