Looking For A Protein Shake For My Fiance?

A MyFoodAllergyTeam Member asked a question 💭
Buffalo, NY

Hello
I'm looking for my fiance. He is anaphylactic allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, pea protein and sensitivity to soy. Everytime we find something it has pea protein in it or soy.

Are there any protein shakes that can be recommended?

Thank you so much

I’d suggest creating your own. Unfortunately we haven’t found one either. I’ve powdered up seeds, put some cacao, some powder banana etc, and GF oats powder of coarse.

There isn't a protein shake out there that I've found, that can be guaranteed not cross-contaminated with treenuts and peanuts. Thus, you might want to do trial and error of cooked eggs (raw not recommended) blended with watercress, napa cabbage and allowed fruits.

You could check this manufacturer out. https://www.nutribiotic.com/rice-protein.html Its a rice protein that pure rice protein, but does contain vanilla flavoring.
